FT Vault Technician in Summerville, South Carolina

Hours 7am ? 3pm / Monday through Friday (after hours and weekends as needed)

The qualified candidate must be responsible for the delivery, set up, inter, and/or removal of funeral vaults, caskets, and equipment during services and to various funeral homes. Duties to include but are not limited to:
·         Clear communication skills reporting directly to a supervisor
·         Professional and positive attitude in work setting with public interaction and be a team player.
·         Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. repeatedly. Work will be highly physical and mainly outdoors in all seasons and types of weather conditions. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for walking, standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
·         Load securely and safely operate and maintain a vault truck for the delivery and return of funeral industry products.
·         Monitoring and reporting consistently and directly to a supervisor.
·         Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health, safety, and quality (attendance, punctuality, appearance?) standards is a must.
·         Ensure proper paperwork is maintained (to include all documentation) in compliance with mandated rules and regulations.
